‘Udey’ Silicone rubber insulated cables have good resistance to low & high temperature, Flame, Corona Ozone, Radiation and good compatibility with numerous chemicals & excellent ageing characteristics. Designed for all general purpose application for Temperature insulation & cable harnessing, Silicone being totally non-toxic, flexible & odourless it can be used by Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Surgical & Electrical industries.

'Udey' has developed a unique process to cover PTFE cables with Silicone rubber sheath combining high temperature properties of PTFE with non-toxic and superbflexibility of silicone, offering ease of operation without quality compromise in existing applications where flexible rubber sleeves are fixed on PTFE or otherhigh temperature cables, 'NO HEADACHE' product for the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Medical & Surgical industries.

• Operating temperature (continous): -60°C to 180°C
• Max. temperature (intermittent): 250° C
• Dielectric strength (Brkdn): > 2 kV/mm (dry tests)
• Insulation Resistance: 10 x 10² Ω / cm
• Elongation strength: 200%
• Tensile strength: 77 kg / cm²
• Tear Strength: 18 kN m¹
